I like the head and expression, the definition to the hair could use some work but I really like the shading. On the other hand, his body is very unproportionate, his arms are super tiny (note: sometimes making arms go off the page is not a bad thing) I think the basic headshot from his head to a little after his neck is really great though, the expression, shading, and detail is very nice and well done :)
